2. Services
Aloha Studio provides AI engineering, product design and software development services. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement will be defined in a separate agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the deliverables created specifically for you during an engagement are transferred to you. Aloha Studio retains the right to use generalized methodologies and tools.
4. Limitation of Liability
Aloha Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
